how to pay payroll taxes

I like to pay payroll taxes right after I create paychecks.  How can I do that and how to I export them into my QB desktop for Mac?  I have struggled with this ever since they changed from intuit online to QB online.  I can't seem to find anywhere on the website to achieve this.  Help.

Allow me to share some insights about updating your tax payment schedule in QuickBooks Online. At the moment, the options in the system are based on the common schedules set by the CRA and your state. For Federal taxes, the available frequencies are Quarterly, Monthly, Twice Monthly and Weekly. While for the state withholdings, the options to choose from are Quarterly, Monthly, Twice Monthly, Annually and Weekly.

 

If your business is assigned to a different frequency, you can contact our Support Team to get help with this setting. Our team are available from Mon-Fri 8 AM - 9 PM ET and Sat 9 AM - 6 PM ET. Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Input your query in Type something field.
  4. Select Contact Us.
  5. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us:

    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
