How to set up GST

Being able to set up GST is essential to track and pay the correct amount to the CRA. QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that provides the ability to set up and track sales tax in a simple way. I'll be glad to point in the right direction on this.

In order to set up GST, you'll need to choose the province where your business is based under the Taxes tab on the left navigation menu. This article shows with a visual support how to set up sales taxes in your QuickBooks account.
