HST Payment Credited to Bank Account

Hello,

 

I used the automation within QBO to prepare file and pay my HST, however the payment shows as a Credit not a Debit in the Bank Transaction listing.  I am not sure how to fix this as I have already tried to delete and readd the payment.  Please see attachment.
