I have some invoices with HST, QST, and GST. but couldn't find a way to categorize them. Please guide?

Welcome to Community!  In QuickBooks Online you can group products and services into different categories to keep things organized when running reports.  You can select a category when setting up new items or add one to existing products or services.  I'd be happy to help!

For existing items follow these steps:

1. Go to Sales from the left menu, then select Products and Services.

2. Find the product or service you want to categorize.

3. Click Edit from the drop-down arrow in the Action column.

4. Select the Category ▼ dropdown, then choose one that fits this item. Or select + Add new to create a new one.

5.  Hit Save and close.
