Question

I need to clean up the tax module to use it again? Third party software sales did not register in the tax module. The software has now been fixed. Need to start fresh.

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that you're sales tax is recorded accurately in QuickBooks Online.  Although you can 'start over' with your QuickBooks Online account, if it's been active for less than 90-days, there isn't a way to reset a specific feature, such as the sales tax module.  In this situation, I recommend reaching out to an accounting professional, for their expertise and best course of action, to ensure a positive outcome on your books.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.
