I need to have my HST number appear on all quotes and invoices. How do I make this happen?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to add information to your business forms.  I'll be happy to assist!

Here's how to add the HST number on forms:

1. From the left menu, open Taxes and then Sales tax

2. Select Manage sales tax

3. Click on Edit agency settings

4. Enter the GST/HST number, Next period starts, Filing frequency and Reporting method

5. Hit Save when complete

That's it!  The GST/HST number will automatically be included on your forms.
