Hi there jmorgandlhospice,

Making sure your bills are entered properly is an important step in your accounting. QuickBooks Online is a great tool that keeps track of how much you owe to each of your suppliers. I can provide some assistance.

One reason the tax calculation might be incorrect would be browsing data stored in your system. Temporary files such as cache and cookies can accumulate and affect your navigation in any online software. Here are some steps to resolve any issues caused by browsing data:

If the calculation is still incorrect after doing these steps and recreating the bill, I recommend reaching out to our support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the bill with you to help you get the calculation. Here are the way to reach out to them:

Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat
Social Media: FacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
