I want create HST ledger , please help

Making sure that your books are balanced is important for any business. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to be able to help you keep track of your taxes. I can provide some insight into this.

Accounts that are listed with the GST/HST payable or suspense subtype are only created when you set up sales tax in your Quickbooks account. If you have not set up sales tax yet, you can do so by navigating to the Taxes tab and selecting the Province or Territory in which your business is based. This will add sales tax for your home province.

If you're looking to add sales tax for another province, you can do so by navigating to the Taxes tab, then select Manage Sales tax. Click Add tax at the top right of the page, then choose to follow taxes in a new Province. Select the province in which you want to track, then click Done.
