Iam filing HST/GST , the report generated by QBO does not show Line 91, which is used to report Revenues from outside Canada. How can we enable detailed Line 101 (90+91)

I like your attention to detail when it comes to sales tax filing, and I know there are a number of reasons that you might want to see that breakdown of lines 90 and 91 while working with your data. When you use QuickBooks Online's sales tax module, you can have confidence that your figures are reporting correctly. The sales tax filing uses line 101 rather than a breakdown of lines 90 and 91, and there isn't a way to separate them out on the filing screen. What you can consider in this case is running a sales tax report through the Reports tab to see the details you're looking for on those lines.

For instance, the GST/HST Detail Report shows you each transaction that goes into making up the lines on your sales tax filing. You can use those details to determine which transactions apply to 90 and 91 as needed. Or you can use the Taxable Sales Summary report, which shows you the sales tax codes making up your filing. Feel free to explore the other reports in the Sales tax sub-section of the Reports page to see if maybe there's another option that will work better.
