Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks Online makes it easy to change the GST filing period. I'll be happy to show you how.

 

From your left navigation panel, click Taxes > Retuns > Prepare Return > Adjust the filing period. I've attached a screenshot below for more clarification. Let me know if you have questions. The reply only helps for the period that your are filing.  How do you change is so that QBO knows that you are ALWAYS filing yearly so you don't have to change it every time you go in?
