Is it possible to have QuickBooks Online use Quebec's quick method for calculating GST and QST remittances?

The function you've described above isn't available in QBO. You're more than welcome to send feature requests by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. I also recommend searching for third-party apps that can offer more reporting options on our app store www.apps.com.
