Mobile app isn't adding tax? The online desktop does and I have set up my tax rates, so not sure what the problem is?

iOS:

  2. Tap on iPhone/iPad Storage and locate the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Select Offload App.


Android:

  1. Open the Menu ☰, then choose More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap on Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Confirm by tapping YES.

This action will free up storage without deleting any documents or data associated with the app.
