My app says 6% for PST, but is only calculating it at 5%. How can I fix this?

When I invoice my customers, it has the wrong PST amount.

It's vital that all your transactions are correctly entered so that your books can be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to your customers so you can receive payments for your services. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with tax calculation.

 

If this error in taxes only appears when entering invoices on the mobile app, one step to try to resolve the issue would be to delete the app from your mobile device and install it once again. This can remove app data that can have an effect on browsing in the app. If the error still persists after removing the app and installing it again, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to provide some assistance in getting that tax rate corrected and notify our engineers if necessary. You can reach them using one of these methods:
