Hi, @mromascanu.

QuickBooks is dependent or calculates taxes depending on your tax setup and the transactions you've recorded. If there are miscalculations, I recommend re-visiting your tax setup as well as your transactions within those periods.

If you need help with our Support Team in checking the computation, you can connect with them following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Click on Contact Us.
  5. Choose a way to connect support:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET
    • Call us. M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

Once connected, an agent can look into your account securely and check the deposits and tax calculations.

On the other hand, you can learn more about the QuickBooks Cash account from this blog: QuickBooks Cash is now QuickBooks Checking.

If you have any other questions, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one!
