QBSE missing option for BC GST Only

Hi guys,

 

RE: Quickbook Self-employed.

I've been having to generate invoices through the web browser app because it has the BC GST only option for tax. The mobile app on my phone does not have that option, only BC GST+PST tax option.

 

Please let me know if anyone has a solution for that, or if developers and planning to add the missing option to the mobile app.

I've just responded to this question on your other post here in the Community. In case you missed it, here's what I said:

If you're noticing a difference between the mobile version of Self-Employed, and the web browser, try updating your app. To do this, visit the App Store or Google Play store. 
 

The QuickBooks Self-Employed team are specialists in this version of the program, and they've got special tools and resources that allow them to troubleshoot these kinds of issues. I can appreciate that having to use a web browser to create your invoices isn't what you're hoping for. The most important thing to me is seeing that your issue gets resolved quickly and efficiently by our agents.
