Reporting from square sync to quickbooks "sales by product/service summary", it is resulting with my gst reporting incorrectly. How do I change the mapping?

Are you using the Sync to Square third-party app? If so, I highly recommend checking with the mapping on your Sync to Square app as the mapping setting exist on that platform.
