Tax codes have disappeared

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help regarding tax codes.

I encourage you follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue you've described. 

1. Clear app data. To do this:
   1. Open your device Settings.
   2. select Apps (varies by device).
   3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
   4. Select clear data.
2. Power down and restart your device.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
