Question

tax is automatically added in any expense/bill since i added 0% tax on purchases.

I need to exclude that from the form.
But,  i can't see the menu where to delete / make tax inactive.
I also can't delete it from the chart of accounts, i get the message "You cannot change or delete this account as it is used by the system to track tax amounts."
Please, help me solve this problem

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community. I notice you referenced the Community question above. I'll be happy to help by providing the missing steps which will show you how to make the tax inactive:

 

  1.     Click Taxes on the left navigation menu.
  2.     Click on Manage sales tax.
  3.     Choose the Tax you want to delete/inactive.
  4.     Click Make Inactive.
