Some groceries are taxable, others are not, how do I separate them out, if they are all on one receipt?

When they are imported from my bank in to Quickbooks (from a specific store), how do I separate groceries that are taxable and non taxable?

In this situation, it's important to reach out to your accountant for their expertise and best course of action.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.
