When filing quick method GST, how do you file this in QBO? Is there a journal entry needed before filing? I know how to file the GST traditionally.

Filing your sales tax is a crucial process and it's important that it's done accurately. QB Online makes it simple to manage your taxes and I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction. 

At this time, QuickBooks doesn't support the Quick Method option. I'd highly recommend connecting with an accounting professional so they can share their expert advice on which workaround you can use. In case you're not in contact with one, I encourage you to search for one on our website using this link here.
