Where can I modify our tax (GST/PST) numbers that appear on the invoices?

I hope you're enjoying all that the program has to offer, and the community is a great place to come when you're not sure what steps to take. I'm happy to go over the simple steps for modifying the tax numbers that appear on your invoices and other sales forms.

The sales tax number can be added in your sales tax setup, and when you need to make changes later, the setup is also where you go to do that. Follow along with these steps.

1. Select Taxes from the left menu.
2. Click Manage sales tax on the Sales Tax page.
3. Choose the drop-down arrow beside Add rate for the sales tax agency the code is related to.
4. Choose Edit agency settings.
5. Change the number in the sales tax number field.
6. Click Save.

That's all it takes! You can do this with any of the sales tax numbers in your books and the program will automatically update them on the forms.
