To get started, what happens when you click on the HST instalment on your Balance Sheet? By clicking on the transaction amount, you'll be able to get an idea of how it appeared on your account. Once you open the transaction, you'll also see an option to delete it at the bottom of your screen. I also recommend consulting with your accountant to make sure you're dealing with the transaction in the right way.
