Hello semerson,

Thanks for being a member of the QuickBooks family! Using the sales tax module in QuickBooks Online is an efficient way to track your sales tax and record filings, payments, or refunds. I know how important it is to be able to view this module as expected, so let me go over some troubleshooting steps you can take to fix the issue you're experiencing.

When pages show as blank or certain functions that you expect to see are missing, it's often the result of the images and files stored in your browser's cache and cookies. I've included several troubleshooting steps below that I'd like you to try. Once you've tried them, open QuickBooks Online and navigate to the Sales Tax tab again to see if it has populated.

If after running through the steps above, you're still experiencing problems viewing the sales tax module, a call to our support team should sort things out. They have the tools to do a screen share in order to see what steps you're taking to produce the error, and they'll be able to run through some additional troubleshooting steps. You can reach out to our team by calling 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 8 PM EST

If you'd like to expand on the issue here and provide some additional details on what's happening, I'd be happy to continue supporting you. Just remember that the Community is a public forum so don't include any sensitive account details. I'll be here if you need me!
