Question

6.4.17 of QB Self-employed mobile app none of my transactions showed. I’m using an iPhone 8 Plus. Still works on PC. I spent 1.5 hours on online chat yesterday and problem was sorted. All transactions gone again today. Has anybody else had this probl

We can do a few troubleshooting steps to get your missing transactions to show on your mobile app. Let's clear your app's data to help refresh applications and eliminates common issues. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap Refresh Data,
  4. Lastly, select Refresh.

 

In your device Settings:

  1. Go to the Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  2. Click Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

 

If the issue persists, you may proceed in doing the steps below:

 

  • Restart your phone and launch again the app.
  • Update your phone's operating system.
  • Uninstall/Reinstall the app.

Thank you, but my QB Self-employed screen looks nothing like the one you have shown me. But I just went back onto the Home Screen and all data and transactions have suddenly appeared without me doing anything! I will keep my fingers crossed it doesn’t do it again.
