Question

A client paid an invoice via paypal and the money has disappeared. I contacted QB on Saturday and they said it's an ongoing issue. Has this happned to anyone else? Thanku

Can I clarify where the money has disappeared from? As QuickBooks do not process payments, when the option to pay by Paypal is selected on the invoice this will generate a link on the e-invoice for the customer to make payment directly to your PayPal account. If you have PayPal connected as a bank account this should then sync the payment information to QuickBooks.
