Hi

Ive just signed up with quickbooks uk , . Ive set it on the 2021-2022  financial year  but my income-expense graph is only showing income/expenses until october 2021, even though i pressed the the 2021/2022 financial year, which should take me back until april 2021? It seems to be stuck on the last '3 months' option? any ideas ? thank you.

Welcome to Community, @Col4.

I can guide you through how to correct your Profit and Loss graph. Let's perform some steps to fix this. Login to your account using a private browser or an incognito window. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift N for Google Chrome.
  • Hold CTRL+ Shift + P for Firefox.
  • Press Control + Option + P for Safari.

Once signed in, check your graph's fiscal year again. If it's working fine, return to your default browser clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.

If you're getting the same result, please contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further. Here's how to reach out:

  1. In your QBSE account, go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us towards the bottom.
  3. Enter a brief description of the case, then tap Continue.
  4. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you.

I'm also adding this link here in case you need help managing other QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) tasks. It has our general topics with articles: View all help for QBSE.

Please let me know how it goes as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Take care and  stay safe, @Col4.
