Hi there,

Is it possible to add more than one receipt to a single transaction?

Hello there, James. We'll help you attach receipts to a transaction inside QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Before anything else, please know that the program only allows you to attach a single receipt to a transaction. Since the option you're trying to access is unavailable, we recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they can evaluate your idea and consider it for future program updates. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Navigate to the Assistant in the upper right corner.
  2. Type the word feedback and hit Enter.
  3. Select Add a feature.
  4. Enter a detailed description of the feature you'd like to suggest.
  5. Once done, click YES.

 

In the meantime, you can compile your receipts in a DOCX or Excel file and make sure it fits on one page so you can take a screenshot and attach it to your transaction.
