After adding our company logo to our invoice template I cannot get it to print or appear when e-mailing. hy is this?

Hello phobbs,

 

Can you confirm that you are selecting the template you have uploaded the logo to when creating an invoice?

Hi Talia,

 

I have set the form as default in 'Custom form Styles'.  When I click the 'edit' button the preview shows the logo, but it doesn't appear when I print or e-mail.

Does it appear when you select 'preview PDF' when editing the template?
