Question

After re-connecting to my bank all of my reviewed transactions have not been added to my accounts. My accounts were totally up to date as of around 2 weeks ago. I cant be expected to go through every transaction to get my books back up to date?

Thanks for reaching out to Community, @gbarcley-gmail-c. I'll take care of your question about your reviewed transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

When you disconnect your bank from QBSE, the associated transactions are removed. This is the reason why your reviewed transactions aren't added.

At this time, you can reclassify it. Ensure that when you reconnect your bank, you don't need to disconnect it. You can hide it instead.

Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Select the profile ⚙ icon and then Bank Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to hide.
  4. In the Show Account section, select the toggle to OFF.

You can refer to this link for the complete details: Delete bank and transaction data in QuickBooks Self-Employed .

For future reference, I'm also including this article to learn about handling duplicate transactions in the QBSE.

Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have other questions about your transactions on the QBSE. I'll be right around the corner, ready to lend a hand. Enjoy the rest of the day!
