Question

All my customers and invoices have disappeared WTF mileage etc still there any one else having this problem? What can I do to resolve?

Let me help you find those missing customers and invoices in QuickBooks.

 

You can use the Audit log feature to trace changes and who made them on your QuickBooks account. You need to sign in as an admin to access the audit log.

 

Ask your primary admin if you don’t see it. To access the Audit log:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit log.
  2. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.

 

The audit log shows you 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, click View in the History column to open the audit history. This tells you who made the change and what they did.

 

If there are no histories of deleted customers and invoices, let's open your account in a private window. This mode doesn't save your search histories and would help us isolate the problem. 

 

Once done, check again for the missing invoices and customers. If you're able to see them again, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative. 

 

If you aren't seeing the data, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Team. They can pull up your account and check this for you.
