Although I know my invoices have been read by my customers they are not showing as read on my QuickBooks iPhone app.

Let's check to see why your company in the QBO mobile app doesn't update the invoice status, Jay.

 

The invoice status will only show up as Viewed if they are reviewed by the customers. Did they mention if they clicked on Review and Pay or they just read the overview in the email?

 

You can try sending a dummy invoice to your email, review it, and then check the status in the app. If it's still the same thing, you can update your mobile app. If nothing updates, please contact our support to check it further. They can use more tools to gather more data and investigate this further.

  1. Tap the menu icon.
  2. Go to Help & Feedback.
  3. Choose how you want to contact us: By Phone or By Email.
