Any idea why when I try to set my Auto invoice reminder I'm getting "Failed to fetch" error?

Hello Community Users, we just wanted to update this thread regarding the failed to fetch error on invoice reminders. The issue was investigated by our senior engineers and was fixed on the 12th of March 2021. If you experience a similar problem, let us know and we'd be happy to get this looking into straight away.

Hi userhello11,

 

This is related to the issue that other users are experiencing when creating invoices. We've already informed our engineers about this, so they can solve the issue. While waiting for updates, please contact our Support team, so they can subscribe your account to the ticket. They have the tools to do that.

 

For the old Help menu interface:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Choose the Contact Us button.
  3. Type in INV-51702 on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

For the new Help menu:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter INV-51702 on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.
