I've managed to resolve. Had to re-link with a different account login for HSBC.

 

I wish someone from QB Support had mentioned sooner as I wasted 5 days messing about.

Hello Stacey, Welcome to the Community! We'd be happy to take a look at the bank connection. Is it not updating at all? Do you get an error message if you try and refresh the connection?-Emma
