Hello there, mild_admin.
As of now, we're unable to tell when an option to remove the attachment in the body of the sales form will be available. That said, I'd suggest sending Feedback to our developers.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
- Enter a description of your product suggestion.
- Click Next.
Once you're ready to create an invoice out of the estimate, you can check this reference: Convert an estimate into an invoice.
Keep me posted whenever you need help creating an invoice.
Hello Community Users, we just wanted to pop in and add some clarification onto this thread. In regard to estimates and the text that shows in the email body when sent to a customer, this is down to the custom form style chosen but also the settings for online delivery.
If you go to the cog in the top right of QuickBooks and then select account and settings>sales>online delivery> select the option for show short summary in the email , make sure pdf attached is ticked. That should impact when the estimate sent the body of text that appears, it will not include the full estimate details, only a summary. You could do a test estimate to check that works for you.
You can also download the estimate and send from your own email as an alternative.
