Thank you for taking the time to post your concern here in the Community, @adezyanian. I would be happy to guide you.

Intuit does provide support for a handful of apps and integrations.

You can visit Intuit QuickBooks Apps to check the third party apps that you would like to use in your business.

Here's how:

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Apps menu.
  3. Type in the clue word of the specific app or the one that relates to the task you're looking for.
  4.  Click the magnifying glass to search.

You can refer to this article for additional insights: UK App support.

If the app doesn't show in QuickBooks Apps, I suggest calling their third-party support to check if they can integrate with QuickBooks.

You can visit this article if you want to run reports in the future.

If you need further assistance you can post a reply. The Community and I will always be here to help you. Take good care and have a wonderful day ahead!

Thanks for your message. I have had a look but none of the available Apps really help.

@adezyanian

What kind of business do you run?

Client runs a interior design business. She buys in bespoke furniture from suppliers and re-sells with mark-up. So on acceptance of contract, clients pay her on account / on pr-forma invoices (currently issued offline) and then the monies used to raise POs to suppliers (produced offline) and pay suppliers deposits to secure orders.
