App freezing when saving an invoice, is this being addressed ?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get your app working, bluestar-plumbin. 

 

I've checked our records and there's no reported case where the app is freezing when saving an invoice. We can refresh your app's data to fix the app's unexpected behavior. Here's how:

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

 

If it didn't make any difference, try to uninstall and reinstall the app. We can also create an invoice by logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a web browser. 

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
