App is terrible to use. Will not load any data unable to fined create a new invoice.

I'm here to help you resolve the issue of being unable to create invoices using the QuickBooks app.

 

Before we proceed, I would like to ask if you are getting an error message when trying to create invoices. If so, I would appreciate it if you can specify the error. A screenshot would be great as well. Also, are you using an Android or iOS? Knowing these details would help me check if there are reports with similar issues.

 

In the meantime, since this is an unusual behavior of your app, I recommend resetting its data to refresh your connection.

 

Here's how:

 

Android

 

  1. From More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then click Refresh Data.
  3. Choose and select Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. From the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

 

If you still have the same issue after refreshing the data, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Then restart your phone. Refer to this article for the steps: uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
