App will not process receipt. States can't process this transaction?

We're aware of the following error when snapping receipts on the QB iOS app:

Validation failed. We’re sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again. 

Please confirm if this is the same error that you're experiencing so that we can add you to our investigation for updates.
