Question

App will not reconcile invoices. 4 paid from same customer. Match them all leaving 0.00 only for the app to say it can't do it as the result must leave 0.?

Currently, we've received similar cases or reports about the issue. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the affected users list, ensuring you receive email updates on the investigation's status and resolution. Please include investigation number INV-100590 for expedited processing.

 

Here's how. 

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you may want to sign in to your QuickBooks account in a web browser to match your transactions.
