Are there apps that people use to book stock into QBO on receipt of goods (i.e. before supplier invoice received)?

As I understand it, stock is booked into QBO when a supplier bill is recorded.  Sometimes supplier bills are received some time after the stock is delivered, so I was looking for recommendations for apps that integrate with QBO that can handle receipting of goods in this way (and producing GRNI accruals).

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to integrate with a number of third-party apps and software. While we can't recommend an app you can use to integrate with QBO to handle the receipt of goods and produce GRNI accruals, you can search for an app from the App Center. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Apps from the left menu.
  3. In the Find apps tab, enter a keyword (handle a receipt of goods or produce GRNI accruals).
  4. Get the app you want to use.

You need to use an inventory management with the backorder feature to integrate with QBO. The plans are $67/month for 3 users and $125/month for 8 users. I believe this app is one of the cheapest options available in the market.
