I seem to be seeing duplicate transactions in QuickBooks

We have had no other reports of this come in, can you please try disconnecting and reconnecting the bank up again, see if that stops it duplicating the transaction in for you. Before you do the disconnection we would advise that you add or match any transactions that is stilling in the for review section first then do the disconnection/reconnection.
