Are there options to categorise expenses in more detail eg ‘bank charge’ ‘purchase of equipment’ etc. only option I can see is uncategorised expense. Thanks?

Hello Director-chasesu, thanks for posting on the Community page, If you go to accounting, chart of accounts> new>account type select expenses> detail type you can select bank charges and name can keep as bank charges or name it whatever you would line> save and close. For purchase of equipment you could do account type - tangible assets> detail type machinery and equipment and name it whatever you like> save and close. We would advise you do consult with an accountant to make sure that you have categorise everything correctly.
