Automatic ref numbers on expences
id like quick books online to give me a automatic expense or ref number) for every receipt or expense i enter for example my old system would tell me the each expenses number such as exp001, exp002 , and so on we then wrote on the receipt the same code to match them up paper and online.this also helped to limit duplicates as the receipt would have a expence number written on it therefore wouldnt be entered twice. unlike now i have no way of telling if i have allready entered a expence or not without manually checking 1st.
