Can I connect to a bank feed and also manually add transactions that didn’t come out of that bank account?

I'm delighted to help you out here with your bank feeds concern, @WrapnPack.

Let me give you a quick overview about this feature. Yes, you can connect your account in QuickBooks Online to download transactions and import entries manually at the same time. Here's how:

  1. Click the profile ⚙ icon, then select Bank accounts.
  2. Find the name or URL of your bank in the search box, then press Continue.
  3. If you have a previously connected account, select Connect another.
  4. Add the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  5. Press Connect after.

You can upload the transactions from Nationwide bank. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Imports.
  2. For accounts that are not yet connected for online banking, tap the import transactions link at the bottom.
  3. Press Browse to find the CSV file of the bank entries.
  4. After this, all the transactions will be listed at the bottom. Make sure to map the data correctly.
  5. Hit Continue then Done.

If you bank only supports certain file formats (e.g PDF), utilize a 3rd party tool to convert the file to *.qbo files.
