bank transactions are not importing

Hi,

 

I have been using Quickbooks for almost a year now. In that year I have confirmed the connection with my bank (Wise) every three months as requested and have never had any trouble importing my bank transactions. Until now. Today I confirmed the connection again, but it won't import the last month of transactions.

 

Can somebody tell me how to fix this?

Web browser issues can occasionally lead to unexpected actions in QBSE. This is because the cache will overwrite itself and will not delete any data over time. 

 

In the meantime, log in to QBSE in a private window or incognito mode and import your banking data from there. These sessions prevent cookies from being saved on your computer, which is helpful for troubleshooting webpage issues.

 

Here are the shortcut keys in each browser:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If this works, shift back to your regular browser and clear its cache to enhance its overall performance. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.

 

Once you have the entries recorded in your company, review and categorise them to the correct account. This will help keep your records organized.

I'm having the same problem. Last transaction is from 1/12/24. I need 20/12/24-19/1/25 and nothing is showing. Not the first time this has been a problem. Clearing cache and incognito browser makes no difference.

I highly recommend visiting your bank's official website to check for possible system maintenance or updates. In the meantime, you can manually update the bank account in QBSE. Here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
  3. Click the Refresh all radio button a couple of times to update your banks.
