Hi there, Simon. Let's investigate and fix your matched transactions that are reappearing again on your bank feeds.

Beforehand, there's a possibility that one of your team made some changes to your data. It might be the reason why your matched transactions before Easter are reverted from the Categorized tab to the For review tab. To check, we can review the Audit log.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then select Audit log.
  2. Under the User ▼ dropdown, select All Users.
  3. Filter the date range on the Date Changed ▼ dropdown. Then, choose the event type on the Events ▼ dropdown.
  4. Check for any changes or added transactions. If there are any, you can access its details by clicking the View under the History column.

Going back, we can resolve this matter by matching the transactions again. To proceed, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the Transactions menu, select Bank transactions.
  2. Under the For review tab, click the transaction. Then, hit O Match.
  3. Tick the matching data and then click Match.

However, if you're referring to the data reappearing on your For review tab while your matched transactions are still on the Categorized tab, we can exclude them. Doing so prevents data duplication.

  1. On the Transactions menu, select Bank transactions.
  2. Under the For review tab, tick the data that is identical to your categorized transaction. You may also tick multiple transactions at once.
  3. After the selection, click Exclude.

The data you have chosen moves to the Excluded tab. Also, it's essential to let those transactions stay there. It prevents the system from re-uploading them again to your bank feeds.

In addition, I'll add this article that can help you with the reconciliation process. Doing so ensures that your data in QuickBooks matches your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
