Banking Connection

Any one managed to get the automatic feed from Thier bank to work? Am I correct in thinking it's a known problem?

I'm currently having to manually download my transactions and have been sine the beginning of April.

Am I the only one...is there anybody out there?

I'm UK based and using QB online Sole Trader with Lloyds Business Banking.

I've raised it with the customer services but they keep telling me that they're doing everything they can but no fix yet.

Is there a new Trump tariff on the way that's holding things up?

It's not the experience we want you to have in connecting with your bank. JCB808. I recommend contacting our Live Support team to ensure your concerns will be thoroughly reviewed.

Since you're still having trouble connecting with your bank, our Live Support team can help identify the root cause of the issue. They can investigate your account and, if needed, offer screen sharing with your permission to resolve the problem efficiently.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Company.
  2. Select the Help icon at the top right corner.
  3. Click Articles and Support, then Contact Us.
  4. Select the Ask about something else tab.
  5. Enter your concern and hit Continue.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us.

I'd also suggest checking the support hours to find the most convenient time for you to contact them.

After connecting your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Sole Trader automatically downloads and categorises your latest transactions based on your previous choices and those of other users. You can also create rules for further customisation. For more details, check this helpful article: Use rules to categorise bank transactions in QuickBooks Sole Trader.
