Billable Expenses

Hi there

 

I am using Quickbook Online Essentials, and I want to charge my clients for billable expenses. However, am I right in thinking the only workaround for this involves creating a journal entry every single time?

 

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So it looks like it is only available on the plus account so you would either need to upgrade to the plus package or continue doing it the way you have been doing it.
