Billable expenses
I need to charge my customers for expenses incurred whilst working for them - mostly hotel or travel expenses. I'm a sole trader and have a Quickbooks Online package as I need to be VAT registered. I've just upgraded this to Essentials as I thought this would add the 'billable expenses' feature but it looks like this isn't the case!
I am a very simple business so don't need a complicated accounting package. Do you know a way of adding travel expenses etc to an invoice without being able to activate the 'billable expenses' feature? Please excuse my ignorance - very new to all this! Thanks
