Billing Descriptor

this is the text string that appears on the customers bank statement, which is important as customers frequently dispute/chargeback unrecognized charges. How can I change it?

It isn't possible to change the billing descriptor on a customer's credit or debit card statement in QuickBooks. For subscription payments made directly to Intuit, this will typically appear as Intuit LTD. Invoice payments made manually by customers (via their online bank) will vary by bank provider.
